Abstract

Not so long ago, the transfer of knowledge from the university was frowned upon. One of its fundamental aspects, the dissemination and diffusion in society of what we do in the academic world, was ignored and seen as a symptom of a lack of rigour and seriousness. Another, the development of work and activities for companies, was forbidden outright, as it was understood that the civil service, with its strict regime of incompatibilities, could not be combined with the development of remunerated activities in the professional world, however closely linked to the academic world they might be.
